By combining our teachers’ experience, the children’s positive motivation and using active-participation teaching methods in order to permanently follow and evaluate each child.
By knowing each child very well, by observing him during classes as well as during recess, while playing with other children and in his/her relationship with the teachers, we may find out his/her needs and inclinations towards certain areas of study, thus being able to help them in their process of development and learning.
Permanent observation and evaluation of the children plays a very important role in planning teaching activities.
At the beginning of every school year an initial evaluation test is performed, so every teacher may plan his/her methods of teaching, according to the knowledge that children already possess.
