The Menu

A Healthy food diet for happy and healthy children.

As a part of our complete program, serving meals takes up a very important role, the children’s menu being varied and based on their particular age and needs.

The private cafeteria centers in special recipients.
Food is prepared within our cafeteria on a daily basis and is delivered to all our centres in specal recipients.
We pay a great deal of importance to encouraging the children to eat as much healthy and fresh food as possible, especially fruit and vegetables.
Drinking liquids is crucial for one’s health, and because of this our kindergarten and school are equipped with fresh water dispensers for our children.
We are all aware of the fact that sugar, fat and preservative-based food and drinks are almost impossible to avoid within our modern society, still we are trying to reduce such food and teach our children how to maintain a healthy diet.

Eating fruit takes the form of a quick snack so it will not interfere with the children’s teaching or relaxation program.
The menu is based on the current norms imposed by the Sanitary and Food Safety Department, on the child’s preferences and the physician’s recommendations.
We are also encouraging our children to properly use cutlery and also to eat on their own. These are skills which children should practice on a daily basis as they should learn how to manage themselves and become independent starting from an early age.
